Dispatch & Processing

All Faith & Fae orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days, Monday–Friday (excluding UK and NI public holidays).

Delivery Estimates

United Kingdom (Mainland & NI):
2–5 business days after dispatch

Ireland & Europe:
5–10 business days

North America, Australia & Rest of World:
7–20 business days (may vary depending on local postal services and customs processes)

Important: These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance, weather disruptions, postal delays, or other external factors that we cannot control.

International Shipping

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.

We provide all required customs documentation; however, any additional charges applied by your destination country’s customs authorities are outside our control.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered received. For missing parcels marked as delivered, you may need to contact your local postal service directly.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery service.

Some remote or hard-to-reach locations may include additional charges, which will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Risk & Title Transfer

Responsibility for the goods transfers to you once your order has been delivered to the address you provided during checkout.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Report any issues (damaged, missing, or incorrect items) within 7 days.

Non-Delivery

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation in line with UK consumer protection regulations.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (“cooling-off period”). You do not need to provide a reason.

Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days once the returned items are received by us.

Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
