Refund policy

 

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, without providing any reason.

The deadline for returning an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods, or when a third party appointed by you—who is not the carrier—takes possession of the delivered product.

We will reimburse you no later than 3–5 business days from the day we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

For your items to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 14 days

  • The goods are unused, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging

  • Tags, labels, and accessories (if included) are intact

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance / Sale Items (if marked as final sale)

  • Personalised, customised, or made-to-order items

  • Goods that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g. certain hair accessories, face coverings)

  • Goods that, after delivery, are by nature inseparably mixed with other items

Faith & Fae reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Returning Goods

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.

Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide the correct return address.
(Unannounced returns may cause delays.)

We recommend using an insured and trackable postal service.
Faith & Fae cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Refunds cannot be issued without proof of return or receipt of goods.
